Bobby Hunt III | President & CEO
Mr. Hunt has 18 years of experience in the technology consulting and leadership arena where he has held leadership titles such as Senior Information Security Consultant, Information Technology Consulting Manager, and Chief Information Officer. His experience consists of working for several Corporate 500 companies as well as one of the Big “5” consulting firms (KPMG). As a Chief Information Officer, he was able to reduce the company’s expenses by over $2 million while the company increased their client membership by over 10%.
He has the keen ability to analyze a company’s business processes and find technological solutions to improve that process. Some of the benefits to his clients have been improving customer service, streamlining business processes, limiting data entry, and improving their corporate bottom line.
It was Mr. Hunt’s and his principal partner Kyle Lasseter’s consistent consultative sales and delivery approach that led them to form Business Data Solutions to offer customized solutions in the data capture and distribution niche market. Business Data Solutions’ vision is founded on the premise that the company does not push products but listens to their clients and develops solutions that meet their needs.
Mr. Hunt is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma where he earned a degree in Business Decision Science – Management Information Systems and was a member and team captain on the baseball team. Mr. Hunt continued his education in Texas at LeTourneau University where he earned his MBA in Quantitative Management. While enjoying his company’s consultative solutions approach, Mr. Hunt enjoys his leisure time by coaching his children’s sports teams, cycling, and sports officiating and golfing.

Kyle Lasseter, BPMs | Executive Vice President
Kyle is a 18-year veteran of the Business Process Improvement industry where he has held positions as VP of Sales, Director of Business Development, Managing Analyst, and Director of Sales. As VP of Sales, he grew a private company from infancy to a $12 million dollar organization.
Known for his highly creative nature and a rigorous business development methodology, Kyle has demonstrated time and again the value of connecting with each customer and determining the real solution to their problems. He believes that product development and promotion go hand-in-hand. He also believes in making and nurturing connections at every opportunity.
It was this belief in fostering connections that led Kyle to connect with Bobby Hunt to form Business Data Solutions in the spring of 2003. Kyle is a graduate of California State University Bakersfield in Bakersfield, CA where he earned a degree in Business Management and was also a member of the Track & Field team.

Bryan Silverman | Vice President of Client Relations
With more than 15 years of business development, senior management, and project management experience with both start-up and established organizations, Bryan comes to Biz Data possessing the necessary business acumen and knowledge to help continue to drive the company's growth and brand directly with its clients.
As Vice President of Client Relations, his key responsibilities include managing projects and implementations of solutions, discovering and relaying vital data from clients to developers (and vice-versa), and promoting an incredible client experience from the discovery stages through completion.
Striving for operational excellence, Bryan is driven to discover and exceed his clients' needs and expectations. He promotes success through client-focused solutions, placing great value on service, integrity and attention to detail. Drawing from experience across a broad range of industries, customer types and situations, Bryan stands ready to focus on providing the best possible client experience to each and every organization that he works with.
Bryan attended Indiana University where he studied Computer Science and Telecommunications. Bryan is a graduate of Miller-Heiman Strategic Selling, Huthwaite SPIN Selling, Kellogg School of Management Negotiation Strategies, and a Master Graduate of Rapport Leadership International.

Bryan Raymer | Vice President of Innovative Services
Mr. Raymer has more than fifteen years of Fortune 500 and K12 technology integration experience. He created the first benefits management system for integrated workflow between insurance companies and employers and built the largest independent K12 consulting firm devoted strictly to public education. He has been the CIO in two successful startups and was the Program Manager for the largest outsourced services contract of its time. Having established more than a dozen Project Management practices in multiple companies, Bryan has lead some of the most complex efforts that most companies will ever see.
With his background in companies such as IBM, Lucent Technologies, Devon Energy and MBNA, Bryans up front and honest approach to managing technology integration is something that is truly valued by our Clients and the employees of BizData and its partners.
As Vice President of Innovative Solutions, we rely on Bryan to guide our Team on what we can do to get the job done on time and under budget. Mr. Raymer received his certification in Project Management in 2000 and served as a Flight Medic in the United States Army for three years on active duty and an additional seven years in the National Guard.
